Mattress has been 'stretching' for 6 days and the THICKEST part of the mattress is still only 6 and it's annoying it's less than arm length and me am a female 5ft 5in, and the other end of the bed only goes 4. A regular mattress is thicker than this. Since two grown (aggressively chubby) adults have to sleep on it, I can feel every part of my bed through the mattress. I followed the instructions to cut one side of the plastic and inflate the bed in the plastic for 72 hours. Three more days later and it's worse than the mattress which we sadly discarded. Their customer service link through Amazon is no longer active and the only "Contact Us" option is an email to which I have received NO response. I think I wasted $350 of our Christmas bonus. I figured I'd have better luck as this was a sponsored option as part of Revain's Black Friday deals.
