Don't be sloppy and you will be amazed at the results.
This takes a bit of care, but you can get a nice dark cobalt blue without too much effort. This is nothing but RIT dye. I assume it will bleach with chlorox, but after a few washes, even with white and hot water, it doesn't bleed, transfer or fade.
