Casablanca customer service is terrible

Casablanca fans first purchase and will be the last. I like the fan itself, but there was a piece missing from the box that we didn't know about until the end of the install as it was basically next to the last item we needed. Since we only had 30 days to install the fan, we can't go back (although we really didn't want to since it's 99% installed). I called Casablanca customer service multiple times and either sat on the line for 30-45 minutes before giving up and hanging up, or left my number in the "queue" for a call back which I never got. I then sent them two emails and didn't get a response to either one. Absolutely ridiculous.
