Bought these before spending more time learning about the pellets. These and many other bird seed brands are nothing more than corn litter. It's not great, maybe as a starter pellet, but I would never keep birds on it for more than a month or two. If you want real quality, with the best workmanship and ingredients, choose TOP. Pellets should also make up 1/4 or less of your parrot diet. If you have no idea what to feed your pets, then you need to do more research. This creature should live much longer than usual in captivity. My birds are now on a mixed chop, with sprouts, herbs and flowers. Granules available. Please don't skimp and don't be lazy when it comes to your parrots!
