My experience was quite positive, I am pleased to say.
The implementation process was easy, with all of the details provided in advance. The account manager was able to walk me through the process from start to finish, and I didn't have any issues with setting up the account. In addition, he was also able to handle a few other tasks related to our business, such as ordering products and receiving orders. I received excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I was never left hanging while waiting for information; rather, I always received prompt replies. Also, the price for the services was very reasonable compared to the competition. I would recommend Edelweiss+ to other businesses looking for similar services.
