I ordered this Adalene Math Watch with Math Expressions as an anniversary gift for a student I teach math. In a few weeks we have been working together for three years. I checked the watch upon receipt. The watch does not show the exact time because the hour hand oscillates freely. Sometimes it moves along with the seconds hand, and sometimes it just falls at six o'clock. I sent the watch back and then bought another one. I received the new watch and found that it had the exact same issue as the previous watch! I love this watch and am dying to buy one for my math student. But of course I want one that works! I'm afraid if I return this one and order another one there will also be the same problem. I am very dissatisfied! Can you tell me how we can solve this problem? I want to have a working watch on time so I can give a gift on our anniversary day.
