Good, almost excellent. There are many reviews about the effectiveness of this product. I agree this is a great post workout product. So why 4 instead of 5 stars? My main issue with this product is that it contains 4g of pea protein. 4g of protein immediately post-workout (probably) will not help recovery in any way. Why not take that away and add 4g of free form amino acids? Research on post-workout amino acids is stronger than even post-workout protein (in terms of recovery, muscle growth, etc.). Also, it annoys me that this product costs $1.50 per serving, but none of the dosages are clinically appropriate (e.g. studies show 1.5g effective dosage of glucosamine). Overall, this is a great product and a staple in my supplement collection. I only wish the pea protein was removed in favor of BCAAs and some doses were increased. I would also like to see a sugar free version (similar to their pre-workout) as I train in the morning and like to take a short break, especially when I'm on the go.
