It would be much better if they bolted on the front rather than the back. I bought these for a tragus piercing and can't put them in myself without my back falling into my ear. Update 5/30/10 The sellers are amazing. They offered to send me another set of tragus piercings that screw on the front. I accepted this offer and received it today. They are exactly what I wanted and are much easier to install yourself. I will definitely buy from this seller again as their customer service was outstanding!
