The Hakko irons were exactly as expected and arrived in good condition but could be slightly damaged in transit. They were simply plugged into a softmailer without assistance. Luckily the carrier didn't put them in a position where they could be damaged. They are long and narrow and could easily be bent, ruining them and requiring the hassle of returning them.
