They work. in Knee Pads

The pad itself is made up of lots of little heart pads, not one solid pad and I'm not sure it needs to be strong as it needs flexibility to work. My daughter fell very hard and didn't even realize she had injured her knee until she removed the pillow and the pad left a heart shaped bruise. So I think it works. Not sure if the bruising should still be there but it definitely helped with the bump and pain.
