They looked great. And when we first sat on them, they seemed comfortable. But after the first few days of use they went flat. I measured one of the unused spacers and found they were only 1 1/2 inches thick. Not 2 inches as described. After sitting on it just a few times, they are flattened out to about 1/2 inch thick. Doesn't offer much cushioning. We currently resort to using two pillows on top of each other until I find something else. I have never written bad reviews. But I feel so strongly that they are not as described and poor quality. DON'T SPEND MONEY if a 2" thick pillow is important to you. I would return them if I hadn't already removed all the tags.
