
We use these models' spirit levels in our work to align machines in precision machine tool manufacturing and they are great. As for the guy above saying it's not level, I'm wondering what was used to "pre-level" the surface in the first place. This level is much more accurate than your typical torpedo level. So when you first approach her with a slightly less accurate level, she seems far off. The difference in elevation that we share on the bubble is so small that even a small deviation from the plane makes it look like the surface is the side of the hill on the bubble. This is for precision work. Don't buy it for what a small torpedo will do.
