I mix protein only with milk, because it tastes better to me and an additional source of protein is obtained. I'm already drinking 3 cans. I take 1 time after training, and sometimes instead of dinner or lunch. The feeling of satiety comes on quickly and goes away slowly. It mixes well, you can even just stir with a spoon without lumps. The composition is fire, there are aminos, BCAAs and others. I will continue to buy this protein.
