My previous phone was a Blu Vivo 4XL so I'm comparing the C21 to that. for my current needs. An SD card can also be added for additional storage space. * The phone works very "fast". Significantly faster than my previous phone. * Good brightness. Not as bright as my precious phone but bright enough. * The external speaker is quite loud. and louder than 4XL. Not HiFi quality, but without major distortions. * Comes with transparent TPU case. It's always a plus for me not having to use my phone.* Battery life is acceptable. I'm a moderate user and usually have at least 50% battery left at the end of the day. Seems to charge quickly too. * I like the hole punch design of the front camera. The 4XL had an iPhone-style notch that took up too much space for icons unless you were using the screen space on either side of the notch. This design doesn't really get in your way. * The cameras are the same as the 4XL. They seem to take pretty decent pictures. Better than the Moto E7 I tried before, in my opinion. I really have no complaints about the cameras. CONS: * Fingerprint reader placement. I'm used to having the fingerprint reader in the middle of the phone and slightly recessed on my last phone. The C21 has it alongside the rear camera lenses and really isn't recessed. This means you can smear/tarnish the lenses with oils from your fingers and the reader can be difficult to find by touch. The reader works well (I think the 4XL reader was slightly better and more accurate). '.I really like it and it seems to be working well so far! * quality. I had to return the first unit of this phone I received because it spontaneously rebooted (it's a silent reboot so you never knew it actually happened). It also got to the point where the phone was killing apps. It ended up being unusable at all due to multiple Google app crashes per minute. Even a factory reset did not solve the problem. I downloaded all available updates to the phone for the failed device, but not for the replacement device. I'm not sure if one or more updates could be causing my problems?* Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi reception and performance are good, although this device tends to disconnect from Wi-Fi out of nowhere and without warning about once a day, even when the Wi-Fi signal is strong indoors. When I notice it's done I have to turn Wi-Fi off and then turn it back on and that will fix the problem. It's annoying, but not enough to send the phone back. sync again. I've tried several bluetooth speakers and all of them still have the problem and the internet source is also irrelevant. Not sure why this is happening. Also, I wish the Bluetooth volume could be turned up. Sometimes the volume just isn't enough in noisy environments and when using a BT headset. * no 3.5mm headphone jack. I rarely used the headphone jack on my XL4, but when I needed it it was there and I was glad it was there. Unfortunately the C21 doesn't have it :-( . Overall I think the C21 is good value for money, especially if you get a good unit. Replacing the faulty unit I originally received was not a problem, when i worked with Revain it right now i don't think you can beat the price of a phone this size with this amount of ram and storage and a decent camera.
