You get what you pay for.

Well, I'll admit I was trying to save money because I didn't want to buy a $200 light bar for a basic traffic consultant. so that's something on me. So flashes are fine. Unfortunately, after switching from single flash mode to directional output (right, center left) and then back to the "Mode 1" flash pattern, memory recall fails for your Mode 1. So. After switching from direction mode back to flash mode, you have to go through all the patterns to select the pattern you want. This is a great inconvenience. If you don't care about templates and only use them for traffic reports, everything is fine. BUT if you are looking for something bright. I would look elsewhere or make sure you use one of the slower templates. The slower the pattern on these LEDs, the brighter they are. If they blink single, double or quadruple with full flash, the brightness appears to be reduced by 50%. Again, it still works and can be used as intended, but I've been working with brighter light bars and haven't been overly impressed. but it will work for what is needed. If you're looking for something very bright that can be seen from a mile away in broad daylight, then look elsewhere. it's not "super bright", at least not with faster flashes.
