Works well, quiet and smooth garage door opener

Overall I like this garage door opener - it's quiet, unobtrusive, has good controls (keyboard, phone, remotes, Alexa). I installed it with another person and everything went fine. Took us way longer than I think it should have (believe me it was around 4-5 hours). Directions aren't the best - details aren't that easy to mark, so you'll have to dig and try to compare with tiny pictures. There's a great folding poster style that makes you think it's a few simple steps. Ha. It's a tedious, somewhat painful process, but doable. I ended up chatting online with a support rep about an issue at the end of the install; They were very helpful and resolved the issue within minutes. Seems to be such good customer service! My biggest complaint is that I bought it partly because it had Alexa integration (at no extra cost). The app for Alex is a big disappointment. I figured I could just say "Alexa, close the garage door" and it would close. It won't even close. I actually never use it because it's so much easier and faster to go to my garage and push a button. You have to ask Alexa to open the app, where she will give you a series of options to listen to every time. It sucks. The phone app is better, it's pretty easy to use and I like the rule-based notification/action options. (i.e. I've set it to automatically close if it's working fine past 10pm!) So overall satisfied but with note of poor integration with Alexa.
