So far so good in back braces

Size: Medium Medium fits me just right. I'm male, 5'10, 175 lbs, waist 33-34. The big one would probably be too big for me. I only had it a few days. I follow the directions to wear it 15-20 minutes a day. So far it supports my back well and helps lengthen my spine. I recommend wearing it when you are on your feet rather than sitting down and relaxing in a chair. Little did I know there would be a medallion to support the spine. I'm afraid he might pierce my couch. So far I haven't felt any discomfort. I will update this review with any updates in the future.

Pros
