I like that we can monitor our fleet much more efficiently than before with this product! Not having to run out into field sites or call in contractors every time something needs repair makes it so easy when there are issues such as a leaky pipe where you need someone right away but just don't have enough hours available (or money) at one location. The biggest problem is trying not to get overwhelmed by all these reports being sent back from clients each month - how do they make sure their systems work? They're missing some things because my system won't let them go over 50 entries per day unless another client has paid up front first which isn;t feasible since most people aren't willing/able to pay upfront until after contract negotiations etc.. This was recommended through an existing vendor who went bankrupt leaving us without service even though they promised otherwise.
