Review on Ranger Embossing Powder in 0.60 oz - Pure White Finish by Jennifer Roberts

I love Ranger embossing powder and needed white powder to complete the project. It arrived on time and the shipping box wasn't damaged but when I opened the box the embossing powder got on my hands and some on the floor. I looked closely and saw that there was some powder on the cellophane around the top of the container and it was slightly lifted from the container. I started opening the container (because I had to finish the project) and more powder flowed out. Once I removed the cellophane, I found the problem. The lid broke, causing some of the powder to squirt out. Embossing powders aren't cheap (although I know they sell well), but I don't like when part of the powder is wasted because of a broken cap. I gave 4 stars because the product arrived on time but I was able to complete my project. I am not happy that some of the contents of the container got lost in the shipping envelope and on my hands and floor when I opened the package. My guess is that the quality control department didn't see the cracked lid and it slipped away and was put up for sale and I would give zero stars for that aspect!
