Review on Crest Design Vintage Backpack Rucksack by Megan Washington

When I received the backpack for the first time I was disappointed with the color difference from the pictures on the mint color. However, I was very pleased with Crest Design's prompt response. I asked for a backpack in a different color and they were very kind in sending me a new one! I like that the backpack is a pretty decent size that fits almost everything. And the inner lining is very durable. Haven't used it but plan to use it for hiking and flying! Or just a walk on the beach. I also wanted to return the previous backpack, but in order not to cause me any inconvenience, they said that I could keep it. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service!
