I first got my braces the day after Christmas and was told I needed to put a tiny band on the inside of my upper molar to the outside of the bottom tooth. As an adult, this is very difficult. These plastic placeholders make it so much easier. I want my orthodontist to mention that this product was there. Luckily I came across them at Revain and placed my order. They were delivered very quickly and before you know it I was able to slip a tiny elastic over the loose ones and just clip them around the hooks in my mouth. The other end is handy for removing elastic from hooks. I definitely plan on using them for all my braces elastics.
