Does the job as advertised. The packaging was nothing fancy but safe and secure. Some installation instructions could have been included, but just watching them on YouTube was enough. The replacement took 10-15 minutes with a medium/long handle screwdriver and didn't cause any power issues. From a user point of view just be careful with cables especially the 4 pin ATX connector as I somehow removed my memory cards and the computer wouldn't boot so I had to go back and reinstall all the memory cards. After that, the computer started without any problems. I will update the review if there are any issues in the future. Not that I planned on using it, but the advertised 180-day guarantee certainly gives some peace of mind.
