I bought this for my 7 year old daughter who is scared every day. We introduced her to a blanket before bed first, because that's when her restless mind boils. I explained that this blanket was for those moments when she needed a hug. This made it easier for me to get out of her bed (while she was still awake!) after I tucked her in. Now she calls it her "snuggle blanket" and claims it really makes her feel like I'll hug her when she needs it. It's also perfect for our distance learning! She can calm her anxiety with this blanket on her lap. She especially likes how soft one side is. So glad I bought this for her!
