I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.
Before I bought them, I worked for more than two years at a regular Philips for $20; consequently, the price difference between them and these makes a very big difference to me. I am really pleased with the purchase. I considered taking the DT 770, but it turned out to be for the best that I went outside to buy these because it will make my head feel less fatigued.
