I bought this product after my first cold sore which caused nerve damage. After going through this pain and hours of research, I read about lysine and all of its supposed benefits. My lips are very chapped. I've bought every lip balm under the sun. The last thing I bought was herpecin which left a white coating on the lips and didn't help much.
