I'm really happy with everything about i-gtech365! Nothing at all! Very friendly team who treats our customers right so even when something happens during there shift we know how to get around everything thanks guys. The best part is being able to call and have a technician out whenever needed!! No waiting days on end until they schedule an appointment. Great service no hassles for appointments or any other things! Being proactive in making sure every device/hardware etc. works properly. IGTech365 is very easy to use for any size business. They have great support and are always willing to help! Nothing at this time. The customer service team has been amazing. There was no downtime during my tenure with them but they did not do anything wrong either. Their pricing structure makes it affordable for small businesses.
