Bought this for my husband hoping it would stop him from snoring. Yes, but only if he sits down. He says he's too uncomfortable sleeping like this, so he ends up with his head down, which isn't very good for snoring. I use it to sit in bed and read occasionally, but I agree that it's not great for sleeping.
