Works absolutely perfectly. I had already bought 2 new controllers because of the broken triggers and then they both had broken triggers (all 4 have the same plastic axle broken) so I definitely wouldn't buy more. I searched the whole internet, read reviews and then decided on this one. They arrived exactly as described with L and R triggers and small springs for each. I've watched a few videos online of opening the controllers (no glue, just little tabs that stick together and pull apart cleanly with patience). I attached the first controller to one and reassembled it, the other three took about 5 minutes each. Brilliant! 4 working controllers with new triggers and 1 extra set of spare parts! Sony should be ashamed (Japanese style) of producing such a flimsy part that is so important to gameplay, and then not making it easy to find and replace parts. Thank god for these parts. Get them when your triggers are broken.
