Bought 2 of these humidifiers and so far very happy. Pros: * The design isn't like other humidifiers, but it makes sense * Easy to take apart and clean * Easy to fill when the unit is still running. * No leaks * With the muffler installed, the noise is low. Cons: * You need to be extra careful when filling the tank as the floating main unit wobbles and can cause splashing. a few spelling mistakes that confused me a bit when unpacking. * There was rubbish in the unit upon arrival. Must be thoroughly cleaned before first use. This isn't mentioned in the manual, although it may be common sense.
