Review on PIONEER Air Conditioner Foldable Condenser by Jacob Andreti

I purchased this bracket (the packaging said universal bracket) to mount a 12,000 BTU Pioneer outdoor mini-split unit to our plywood exterior wall Sheathing on vertical wooden stands with a center distance of 16 inches. I have not confirmed that the bracket is compatible with 1) the rack assembly and 2) the outdoor unit mounting holes with a 20.25 inch center distance. The mount came with anchor bolts rated for brick or other masonry. So I called Pioneer and they said I could trade it in for their mount, which their tech rep called "Frame Bracket" which I see on their website as "Mini Split Folding Mounting Bracket". equalizer block. The so-called "leveler" is a horizontal crossbar that runs across the vertical parts of the bracket and has holes that allow (I'm guessing) the central insertion of 16" studs into the timber wall. Let's see how the exchange works, I'm waiting for an email from them to start the process. By the way, their "Mini Split Unit Folding Mounting Bracket with Leveler" is no longer available from Revain as of 6/4/2020.
