I bought a house with a waterfall in the backyard. After a while I noticed that the UV unit's pressure tube was loose and water was leaking out. Water entered the device and blew up the old transformer and UV lamp. The previous owner left no manuals or information about the device. I knew nothing about how the device worked or what it was used for. I called Aqua. TS was friendly and explained everything to me. They directed me to online manuals to download the device. I ordered a new transformer and UV lamp to replace the broken ones. Aqua shipped the parts straight away and I got it up and running quickly. I am fully satisfied with the transformer, UV lamp and Aqua.
