I bought this UPERFECT True 4K portable monitor for work over 7 months ago. My brother also bought this 4K monitor after seeing my monitor. I recently found that my HDMI has stopped working. Many thanks to the customer service team for their help and assistance in identifying an issue with HDMI due to a faulty power supply and power cord. Customer service actively contacted me to identify the issue and also sent me a replacement PD-30W adapter and CC cable with no hassle. This is one of my best experiences with my problem in Revain. This is very important for a great product with excellent customer service.
