It's terrible! I couldn't even use it on the cruise ship because none of my electronic devices fit in the outlet**. I'm updating my review mainly because of their customer service. I didn't want to request a refund as I was outside the window and I understand this sometimes happens. I purchased this particular item to take on a cruise and when it was purchased it was a few months later. The customer service department of this company contacted me and asked what the problems were and how they as a company could help. I wasn't aware that this product wasn't launched until May, so it makes sense that they might have some issues that need to be addressed. The design and the idea of the product are extremely beneficial. Thanks to their customer service department for trying to make their customers happy.
