I only had these cables a few days before Revain requested this review, so this review is based on first impressions and only a few days of use. The cables arrived when I was told they would be. The package came in a bubble envelope, the cable packaging was fine, the box was slightly crumpled in one corner. Slight damage to the packaging did not harm the cables in any way. The cables look good and are exactly the same as in the photo. I got the blue ones. The cables connect easily to the port on our Galaxy S8+ and S8 and to the USB-A port on the power strip. The cables appear to charge just as quickly as the cables that originally came with the phones. We have other items that use a USB Type-C connection but haven't tried them yet. However, I don't expect any problems. I personally think that reviewing a product so early is a waste of time and a review after 2-6 months of use would be the best timeframe to really get the big picture. the quality of this product.
