Not worth the low price
Very, very cheaply made. Technically it moves in pitch and roll (when the internals aren't connected), but on the model I received the skyline on the outer ring wasn't even remotely straight. It was more like 160 degrees. For my purposes (leveling an RV) the free "Bubble Level" app on my smartphone was a much better way.
