When you first consider a headlamp, you will probably be tempted to adjust the strap that sits on your head. Please wait while you try it on. I adjusted it before putting it on and it didn't really need adjustment. It would fit perfectly if I just left it alone. This headlamp is impressive. The lighting is amazing for such a small device and there are several different lighting modes which you can read about in the description. The lamp unit can be adjusted. It comes with a very nice hard case that houses the charging cable and headlamp. The instructions say it takes 5 hours to charge. So be prepared to be patient and charge it up. The charger has a small indicator light that changes from red to green when charging is complete, which is very helpful. Batteries are huge! If they ever run out I'm not sure where such extra batteries can be purchased. I shouldn't be worrying about that for a long time. I love this headlamp and I think it would make a great gift for almost anyone. That's great! Literally one of those handy dandy tools you don't know about until you have it. :-)
