I have only good things to say about TITAN products! The company is owned by experienced colleagues who have been in the area and know what is required. Customer service is the best! After I received the product the company emailed me to let me know if there was a problem to contact them and they will fix it, many companies don't have that level of customer service. Most companies that try to contact them either can't reach them or their customer service is outsourced and they don't care. All the products I've bought from TITAN have been outstanding! The level of craftsmanship is what I expect from veterans working in this field who know what it means to have functional and durable products. That's what I think of when I think of American pride and quality! Knowing that they stand behind their products 100% is great! I bought a couple of these emergency blankets and decided to try one out as me and a group of my friends were sitting outside at night. My girlfriend told me it worked so well she got really hot. tried it and I felt my body temperature rising and decided to take it off. In a situation where I needed to warm up from the weather this would be perfect!
