Nothing as pictured and not made in the USA. I used to buy a 3mm elastic cord for the tie but that won't work. I've seen other reviews on here from people using them for masks and I think it would be fine for that, except the cord is very flimsy and looks like it could break easily with repeated use. Maybe other reviews actually received the item in the photo, I just know I didn't and I'm returning it.
