That would be five stars if there weren't a few points: 1. The spring tool is useless. The required pulling force opened the spool to the point of no return. I used a vise to finish the job.2. It is possible for the springs to be stretched beyond their recoil capacity and thereby destroyed. Luckily, a few extras were provided.3. I still have a spot where the black border hasn't moved across the skin. Maybe this can be fixed: connect the support rods along the long edge and add holes.4. Some of the felt elements on the aluminum frame looked like they had been slightly damaged (tiny holes, scratch marks not visible from a distance) during packaging and shipping. The seller needs to change the weight of the plastic packaging material to make it thicker and more protective in mils. Also, teach your handlers not to move them roughly even after they've been grabbed. Wall mounts are ok. With so many frames available, I think a better solution could be found. We had to be very careful to make sure the brackets weren't too tight against the wall or the edge of the frame didn't go all the way in. It's hard to measure something that big with such accuracy, so why not just make the mount bigger? There is simply no room for error here. For reference, in this image, the wall is 8 feet tall (excluding the bevel), the bookshelves are 82 inches, and the console is 23 inches high and 76 inches wide.
