
The Wii Push Up Bar makes any plank exercise with the Wii Balance Board much easier and more effective. After heavy cardio, my hands get sweaty and tend to slip off the balance board, and also cause wrist pain when doing push-ups. The push-up bar solves both problems: I can keep my balance because the soft grips withstand wet hands and greatly improve my wrist angle when doing push-ups. The only downside to the product is that the extra grip changing holes prevent you from moving in plank position between exercises without removing the bar from the balance board before proceeding, which can result in a brief hiatus in your workout.
