I've never had many back problems and still don't have, but on the advice of a doctor who thinks maybe other issues are related to long-term lower back issues I went for it Try stretching your lower back and back by lifting it up. Right now I keep it almost at the highest level and have only searched YouTube and the web to find the best intermittent back stretch program. know how it can be much easier to use, simple and straightforward. I set mine on a hard floor and place my tailbone right on the base of the machine, lie down and relax as best I can. I do this for different periods of time depending on what I've learned or experienced. I also recommend that if you're doing this for about 30 seconds or more at a time, you follow the basic instructions that come with it and roll onto your side for a few seconds before attempting to get up. A good thing!
