Review on Akedo Starter Pack Power Punch by James Cruz

Okay, I'm too old to love this that much, but I never had these rock 'em, sock 'em robots as a kid. My husband did it. Early in our marriage, he dusted them off for our first child when we visited our grandparents. I envied. These Akedo warriors are much smaller than the Rock 'em, Sock 'em set. Instead of knocking over their blocks (heads appear), these pieces are SEPARATE TWO HALVES. That scared me a little. i needed more That's sort of the downside of this game: it only has one controller. Add-ons must be purchased. And at around $20 for an additional set, it seems pricey for a plastic toy that likely won't stand the test of time. Somehow, the rock 'em, sock 'em robots survived half a century. I hope they last at least a year. Better yet five years. I'll let you know in five years if you're still here, still working!
