I'm not a label expert but this one does the job and is easy to use. The rim is annoying, but if you're using cheaper tape it doesn't matter much. It's also stupid that the cable costs more than the labeller and is available separately. So far I only use batteries and don't use the labeler all the time so I haven't had to change them yet and I've had the labeler for about 2-3 months now and have labeled all my baby toys. , our kitchen including fridge (I went a little crazy with our third child), laundry room and kids closets to give you an idea of battery life for the occasional alcohol label user.
