I love how easy this is to use, makes my writing life so much easier! It's very clear about what you will be getting for each article that has been written prior too - which helps reduce any guesswork regarding whether or not i'll get good quality work from freelancers who have previously gotten articles published in similar publications as mine. The price can sometimes feel high (especially if they're charging per word). Sometimes there are glitches with their software making things difficult when trying out different writers/editors etc., but those issues tend only last seconds before everything works again once clicked away. There were times where one of our editors had accidentally deleted several pieces instead leaving them blank pages within the document; however after contacting support at least we now know exactly why these errors occurred rather than just assuming something was wrong without knowing specifically why. I like that you can see all of their profiles before hiring them, so you know exactly what kind of writing they have done in the past--and if they are even capable of doing work for you! One thing about this website is there isn't really any way to filter out bad writers from good ones, unless maybe by price range or project size? We're solving our content overload problem while also giving customers more options than ever with how much control we provide over their written material.
