I've only used it once but so far it's a great tool. My shoulders are too broad to do push ups on the balance board as stated by the on screen trainer and as a result my previous best score was a 90. During the push ups I was told I only do 2 or 3 push ups if I've done 10 (practice stops automatically - assuming I failed miserably). Today I was able to hit a perfect 100 on 10-rep push-ups and side planks. I was a little nervous that he'd slip on the sideplank, but he stayed safe.
