I like that you can send from anywhere in your house or office with no additional hardware needed! It's easy to setup as well so there is little learning curve for new users (like myself).

There are some limitations when it comes to sending large files such as zip archives but this could be solved by using another service which might not have all these restrictions. If anyone needs an affordable way to receive incoming calls at their home/office then look into getting one - saves money & hassle compared to having separate landline phone lines installed. We use our FAXLOGIC system primarily during business hours while we're away from work-place buildings where reception may otherwise suffer due to weather conditions etc.
