Classic architecture by Frank Lloyd Wright!

The Imperial Japanese Hotel featured in this Lego Architectural series is the second of three hotels that have occupied the site for almost a century and a half. The hotel in question in this Lego image was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and existed from 1922 to 1967, when it was demolished eight years after the architect's death. This monumental Lego set contains over 1100 pieces, which is quite a challenge. Again, on three separate occasions I found missing parts which halted the build. Through the Lego website I found the missing parts. However, it is disappointing that so many key elements were missing, leading to a halt to construction. Something that would have taken about 4 hours of labor ended up taking almost a month of me waiting for the parts. Because there was so much detail in this project, I found it useful to separate all of these bricks by color. Following the instructions, I've found that the most useful is the division by color. I've also found that in some instructions that are done with pictures, it's difficult to pinpoint the location of specific stones because the angle of the picture isn't clear. However, after assembling it, I realized that this Fallingwater level building is a beautifully detailed architectural copy. Really well done and we're proud to show it.
