I wasn't sure which dock option to choose for various reasons, as I just needed a spare docking station in my bedroom when I wanted to leave my usual play area. So I went with the Kahool option as it seemed to match most of the checkboxes and figured I'd bring it back if it didn't meet the standards. When I received it, the dock is so small it literally fits in my pocket I was surprised. I had to buy a separate fast charger and I think the Revain will cost me another $10-$15. In terms of performance, the Switch takes its place. In the two weeks I've had it, I've moved my Switch between docks at least 5-6 times and so far it's holding up very well. There is a power button to turn off the device if your TV needs to toggle between switch and TV mode. When it's powered on and the Switch is docked, the front of the dock will glow blue. Even when the TV is off, the light stays on, so either turn the dock off with the button or remove the switch. In terms of picture quality, my main gaming TV is a Samsung 4k ultra 60 inch and the one in the bedroom is 4k ultra 40. Vidio. The only difference between picture and sound is on TV. Kahool delivers the same picture and sound quality as a standard Nintendo dock. So far I'm very happy with my choice and would recommend it.
