If you're looking for a decent but inexpensive power shower with a nice 6ft chrome hose, this is the one to consider. I've gone through several versions over the years and need at least 6ft so I can bathe my dogs. I've also tried a few others with a "trickle" feature - a kind of "switch" you can use when you don't need water to froth, but many of these became bulky and clogged over time. There's nothing unusual about this device, and that suits me; I just need a good shower function and the ability to make it a thinner and stronger 'flow' to flush the dogs and it helps. Also, the trickle button is where you can operate it with one finger. If I had a suggestion for the manufacturer it would be to add something around the handle AND around the nozzle to make it easier to hold and adjust. in soapy water. Plus, it's a $25 deal. In addition, installation is easy. Don't forget the silicone strap! In terms of water savings, I haven't noticed a huge change in my water bills, but that's probably because I'm using showerheads that use about the same amount of water.
