This item arrived today and I used it straight away. It was easy to assemble and I've used the nozzle to clean floor to ceiling tiles in the bathroom and hard to reach corners in the shower. Ideally, I'd stand on a stepladder or squat and apply elbow grease with a hand brush, but I can't. So this tool is the best for self cleaning. The caveat is you can't scrub very hard, but it's fine for hard-to-reach areas or moderate dirt/grime. Also, the handle is made of hard plastic and can feel uncomfortable when you have a lot of cleaning work to do.
